Talk about alterations, back in 1992 Colleen took my 1965 wedding dress ( size 20 for a 5’10″+) and reformed it into a dress for my daughter (size about 8 for a 5’2″+) and it was BEAUTIFUL. I call it magic! -Alice M

Just a note to thank you for making Lisa’s wedding day a perfect day! As you may recall two weeks before the wedding, the original alterations lady told us nothing could be done with the dress, after having seen Lisa in the dress and measured her. I called Charlotte’s from her place of business and was told to come to Charlotte’s to see what could be done by perhaps changing to a different foundation garment.
Lisa tried on the dress with one of your foundations but it still did not do what we had anticipated. You then recommended two seamstresses to us. We called Colleen Holdahl and she said “Come on over!” In twenty minutes she had Lisa measured and the dress pinned for the alterations.
Colleen had the dress ready four days later and it fit perfectly. She did such a beautiful job with the alterations and her charge was very reasonable. We are thrilled!
Could we have ever asked for better service than we received? We think NOT! Today was her wedding day and she was beautiful. Thank you … Thank you ALL! Sincerely, – Judy C.
